These offshore graded FIBCs have custom made lifting belt and there are no limit of the weight limit for the bags that we can make. Our offshore graded container can be design to have high puncher resistance and this make them durable even when they are filled with sharp and coarse materials like aggregates. They are also chemically stable against a variety of chemical substances. Offshore graded FIBCs are mainly used for storing, transporting of cement, sand or aggregate which will later to be used during offshore. Biodegradable Grout Bags ELB

Ecoline bag are container bags made of 100% biodegradable or water-soluble polymer film, used for placement of concrete or grout in marine and offshore applications. The bags are deployed at the base of subsea structures, filling voids created by scour erosion and protecting the base in long run. They are impermeable and eco-friendly, allowing cement curing in the bags without leaking and polluting the environment. Once the cement is hardened and polymer film is dissolved into the water, it provides a permanent support and enhances the stability of subsea structures. These bags are getting more common day by day especially with more countries implementing zero plastic in the sea policy.

Artificial seaweed fronded mattress FM

Artificial seaweed fronded mattress comprises of lines of polyethylene fronds attached to a concrete mattress, concrete block, grout bag, etc. When installed on the seabed, the polyethylene fronds float in the water like natural seaweed which increases the drag resistance of the current passing through. This action reduces the nearbed flow velocity and encourages soil deposition onto the mattress.  permanent sand bank reinforced by the polyethylene fronds is gradually formed on the mattress, providing scour protection against localized seabed erosion, and maintain the stability of the subsea structures.

Pipeline Protection Cover PPC

Pipeline protection cover can be used wherever pipelines require protection against mechanical impacts or buoyancy uplift, onshore or offshore. This type of cover is different from conventional concrete encasements installed with conventional formwork systems, as with the custom made fabric formwork system it can be install very fast and efficiently. Prefabrication of the formwork in factory environment eliminates the need for any elaborate shuttering on site. 

This custom made units also allow quick assembly and also helps to speed up the installation progress at site. Special accessories are often installed for ease of installation, especially applicable for deep water installation using ROV.

Free Span Correction Grout Bag PGB

Free span correction grout bags are highly durable engineered grout bags made of woven fabrics, specially designed for pipeline free span rectification, pipeline protection, and subsea structure stabilization. The grout bags are installed at a specific interval along the length of pipe, providing interim support to the pipe spanning, prevent overstressing of the pipe.

Grout bags are prefabricated according to design requirements and can be easily installed onsite, either by divers or ROV. Once they are fixed into position, cement grout is pumped in-situ, filling the bags and raising the pipeline into desired elevation.

Fabric Formwork GB

Fabric formworks GB are innovative flexible concrete formwork made of permeable polymeric textile sheet, which can be used in both cast in-situ and precast applications. Erosion Control Mat ECM

FabriFlex Erosion control mats are three-dimensional mat specifically made to prevent slope erosion and promote vegetation growth. The three-dimensional structure of erosion control mat helps to restrain the movement of topsoil on steep slopes, preventing it from falling before vegetation growth. When the slope is hydroseeded, the erosion control mats protect the seed from being washed away. Geotextile Tube GTT

FabriFlex Geotextile Tube GTT (Geotubes) is manufactured from high strength geotextile to form a tube like large containers for various hydraulic applications. The geotextile tube is generally filled with in-situ sand slurry for rapid deployment. They are used mainly to form artificial coastal or near shore structures such as breakwater, groin, revetment, etc. for erosion protection. Geotextile tube is used as an alternative to hard erosion protection structures for its cost, technical  and environmental benefits.   

By varying the geotextile component, FabriFlex Geotubes can be used for dewatering of sludge in mining, agricultural and environmental applications. The geotextile tube acts as a containment for the sludge while allowing water draining from the geotextile, effectively reduces the volume of the sludge and area required to contain it.
