Non Woven Geotextile FP

Fabriflex FP is manufactured from randomly laid polymeric fibres needle-punched together to form a geotextile sheet. Nonwoven geotextile has high mechanical robustness and excellent filter performance, they are typically used for separation and filtration in applications such as civil, hydraulic, containment, etc. A unique characteristic of needle-punched geotextile is the high elongation, allowing great conformance of the material towards deformation.  

FabriFlex FP produced using high quality fibres ensure superior resistance against chemical degradation. The geotextile is UV stabilised to prevent rapid degradation before soil cover. The material comes in roll form is easy to work with, requiring minimal machineries and labours.

High Strength Woven Geotextile HWW

FabriFlex HW is a type of woven geotextile manufactured from high tenacity polyester yarns with superior tensile performance. It is commonly used for reinforcement for soil structures (i.e., embankments, slopes, etc.). It is also used in piled embankment to improve the system by replacing concrete slab or reducing pile cap size. 

FabriFlex HW, high strength woven geotextile is able to achieve but not limited to 1,000 kN/m. High quality yarns are used to manufacture the material, ensuring excellent tensile strength mobilisation at low elongation, excellent long-term performance against creep reduction, installation damage, chemical and biological degradation.

Geomembrane GM

FabriFlex GM HDPE geomembrane is manufactured by extruding polyethylene into a sheets of membrane. High density polyethylene (HDPE) geomembrane are widely used as barrier for various containment applications owing to its chemical stability and low permeability. 

FabriFlex GM HDPE geomembrane has excellent chemical resistant. The material could withstand wide range of chemicals with minimal effects to its performance. Seams and overlaps on the geomembrane is further sealed by fusion or extrusion welding. HDPE geomembrane has long track records, proving its effectiveness in different conditions.

Geogrid FG

FabriFlex FG is are a polymeric, mesh-like planar structures consisting of aperture openings in between a longitudinal and transverse ribs integrally connected at an angle. The high tenacity fibres used to form the ribs are further protected by a layer of protective polymeric coating. 

FabriFlex FG comes in a large range of strength for different applications. Geogrids are commonly used as reinforcement for different application from road base stabilisation to reinforcement for wall and slope. Their large apertures are ideal for granular fill, restraining lateral movement of the fill material by mean of interlocking effect.

Geocomposite Geotextile GC

FabriFlex GC represents the composite group of materials formed by combining more than one type of synthetic materials. It represents material such as geocomposite drainage net for drainage application, composite nonwoven for elevated filter or outdoor performance or even composite geogrid to enhance separation. 

Composite materials are manufactured to fulfil certain demand, be it site condition or a special requirements for the project. The most commonly used composite material is geocomposite drainage nets to facilitates in-plane flow. Geosynthetics Clay Liner GCL

Geosynthetic clay liner (GCL) is a thin and durable, self-healing modern hydraulic barrier used for containment. The factory controlled composites material is made of high swelling sodium bentonite, needle-punched in between two geotextiles. Low hydraulic conductivity of sodium bentonite effectively contains liquid from migrating outward. The needle punching process reinforce the GCL and increases its internal shear strength, ensuring the performance on steeper and longer slope. It is also dimensionally more stable, better resistance to shrinkage.

FabriFlex B, geosynthetic clay liners are used in various containment applications, a perfect alternative to compacted clay liner with equivalent and better performance. Installation is made simple by just rolling and overlapping the material. Contributed by various advantages, GCL has a lesser carbon footprint.

Flexible Rock Bag FRB

Flexible Rock Bags are highly durable net-bag that could accommodate a variety of fill choices from gravel, stones and crushed concrete. The net is made from highly UV stablised polyester yarn and tested against abrasion, eliminating possible corrosion problems that arise from structures made from steel and abrasion from sand particles.  

Contributed from its flexibility, FabriFlex FRB can conform to various challenging terrain yet able to maintain a steeper slope angle as compared to riprap owing to the restrain of the net structure. When deployed as a hydraulic structure (i.e., revetment, scour protection, etc.), the system can achieve similar performance as riprap constructed using a flexible rock bag with smaller stone size.

FabriFlex SC Silt Curtain are floating barrier specially manufactured to control turbidity in marine construction such as hydraulic sand filling and dredging. Concrete Mattress CM

Fabriflex Concrete Mattress CM is manufactured from two layers of engineered fabric filled with cement mortar and innovative concrete block technology. The material is lightweight and can be easily transported to remote areas for site filling. Flexibility given by the fabric allows the filled mortar and concrete block to conform to underlying soil.
